Inventory Purchasing Manager
Wage Range: Up to $20/Hour
We are seeking an organized, self-driven individual to place parts, apparel and accessory orders. Overall duties will include but not limited to placing daily orders, seasonal orders, working with suppliers and other dealers, as well as working with manufacturer reps on program orders. This position will also work on stock rotations, inventory maintenance and returns.

Job Overview
The Inventory Control Manager is the hub of daily operations of the parts department. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-driven, have attention to detail, great communication skills, and the desire to fit our professional culture.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
- Forecasting seasonal inventory needs by utilizing buying guides according to seasonal trends
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
- Work with manufacturer reps on program orders
- Updating inventory maintenance
- Rotating stocking orders as well as daily returns
- Locating obsolete parts from other dealers
- Following up with, filling, and notifying all department heads with backorder parts
Qualifications & Requirements
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel preferred
- High school diploma or relevant qualification required
- Must be reliable, professional and be receptive to being coached
