Shop Foreman

Wage Range: Up to $20/Hr

Reports To: Service Manager

Description:

The Shop Foreman at Team Winnebagoland is an all-around resource for our service team. With expertise behind a wrench and the service counter, the Shop Foreman should be ready to answer nonstop questions, fix unexpected problems, and make sure our service team operates as efficiently and consistently as possible.

Duties:

• Assign jobs and tasks to service team
• Monitor and improve technician efficiency
• Address and solve any issues in the service department
• Fill in the gaps for the service team as needed.
• Ensure the customer wants to return

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Powersports Experience Is A Plus
• Mechanical Experience Is A Plus
