Description:
We are looking for a charming service advisor to help us exceed customer expectations at the service counter. As a liaison between the customer and the technicians, service advisors are responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, conducting vehicle inspections, offering upsell suggestions, and estimating costs, among others. In short, a service advisor helps customers decide which services they need before guiding them through the process. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a firm understanding of the industry and the machines we sell.
Duties:
- Own The Service Counter
- Greet Customers With Enthusiasm
- Inspect Vehicles With Customers
- Estimate Costs
- Schedule Services & Assign Technicians
- Stay In Touch With Customer Throughout Process
- Offer Upsell Opportunities
- Collecting Payments
- Ensure The Customer Wants To Return!
Qualifications:
Although an associates degree in a mechanical field is a plus, you do not need any formal experience or training to be successful in this role. You do need to be available to work 40 hours per week, which will include Saturdays. With enthusiasm and effort there is no limit to where this position can take you.
