Job Overview

Team Winnebagoland is looking for a full-time people person to lead the charge behind the shop doors. The Service Manager is an organizational mastermind with the power to motivate people and strengthen teams while under pressure to meet deadlines, exceed customer expectations, and address unexpected problems.

Reports To General Manager

On a daily basis, you will be collaborating with your team to complete every service repair order in the most efficient way possible while maintaining our high-quality standard.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Keep a full-service staff
• Monitor and improve performance
• Schedule service team hours
• Plan and budget for the year ahead

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Service Experience
• Saturday Availability
