Sales Manager
Job Overview
As a Sales Manager at a Powersports Dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the dealership. You will manage a team of sales representatives and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will also work closely with other departments such as marketing, service, and finance to ensure that the dealership runs smoothly.Reports To General Manager
On a daily basis, you will be collaborating with your team to maintain to complete every service repair order in the most efficient way possible while maintaining our high-quality standard.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the powersports industry.
- 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the powersports industry, including accessories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing leadership and guidance to help them meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed to stay competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure that customer needs are met and service issues are resolved quickly.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure that sales are properly financed and that customers are able to secure financing.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to ensure that the dealership has the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with the dealership.
