Building Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance and Fleet Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our buildings and overseeing the operation and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles. They will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and vehicles are operating efficiently and safely and that all maintenance work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Wage Range: $20 - $30/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all buildings and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance of all buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Oversee or perform the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, and trailers.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that they provide quality work and services.
• Develop and manage budgets for building maintenance and fleet operations
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance and fleet operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed on buildings and vehicles.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to building maintenance and fleet operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in building maintenance and/or fleet management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance and fleet operations.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
