"I bought an 09 Ninja 250 last November. I'm new to this whole motorcycling thing (I'm 50ish and this is my first bike) so I was a little apprehensive but had done the research and knew what I wanted. Casey was great! No pressure, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Tammy (who's not there any more) and Karrie - same thing - very professional. Erin and Karra - you guessed it. Within a few weeks I was decked out in full riding gear, cruising the back roads on my new bike!
When I took her out of storage this spring she'd only idle on full choke. Since I couldn't ride to the shop, I talked to Joe about it and get this - he dropped by after work one day and picked her up! Within a few days I was back on the road - no charge!
I'd been to other dealerships before Team Winnebagoland but they were a waste of time - these guys win, hands down! Whenever I walk in the door I'm greeted with genuine smiles and professional help. Corporate America listen up - go to Winnebagoland."

"Team Winnebagoland is a great place to buy your toys at. My first time in Team Winnebagoland was in Oct 2007. I was looking at 4 wheelers for my daughter and I. Karra was kind enough to help us out with protective gear. Making sure my daughter had the right sizes of everything. I purchased a 2006 Polaris Sawtooth, big enough for the both of us to ride. A year later I went back in to get a map of atv trails to do do some riding. Tom the sales Rep sold me a 2008 Polaris Sportsman. Got it equiped with a plow to plow snow in the winter. He got me financed to buy the 4 wheeler and a trailer. Thanks Tom, I only wanted a map. LOL!!!! The Service Dept, Sales Rep, And everyone else there are a great bunch of people. I feel very welcome when I go in there. My next purchase will be a Polaris Snowmobile. "

" I recently purchased a PW 50 for my 6 year old son Casey and was looking for a place to take him to ride. I was familiar with the track at Team Winnebagoland. I made the call and was connected with Casey (the salesman). He said that I could buy a yearly membership there or if I buy a bike we could both ride there as long as I had the bike. Not really looking to get into a brand new bike, I sheepishly asked what they had. The Yamaha TTR230 caught my interest.
Casey was cool from the start, with no pressure tactics and just being a generally laid back, understanding guy, even after my 3 or 4 calls to him. He responded to all my calls like he was generally happy to hear from me. In fact we ran into him that same night at the races at Gravity Park and he took the time to talk with us and again appeared happy to see us.
Then we had the dealership experience. Not only was Casey great to deal with on the phone, he was even nicer and more helpful in person. Every person we dealt with from Casey to Karrie in finance, Buzz in set up and Karra who helped us with accessories was cordial and helpful beyond our expectations. I am a Harley driver and can honestly say that in the last 10 years, I haven’t as much attention and satisfaction at my local Harley dealership as I did in the 2 hours we spent at Team Winnebagoland!
Can’t wait to go riding with my son on my new TTR230 at Team Winnebagoland tomorrow. Keep up the great service guys!

"Was sold a wrong part(oil filter - $8.00) and after questioning was told the right part. Went home and installed it and ended up cracking the cover($75.00). I ordered the part on Tuesday by phone & had part in my hand that Thursday (about 98.00 w/ new filter , cover, washers & fees) Had a trip planned for the weekend so was very glad to get part in that short time! Went to Team Winnebagoland the next week to tell them what happened and to my surprise and not expecting them to do anything - I ended up getting about $93 of my $98 back!!! Because of past experience and this lastet example of customer service I would recomend Team Winnebagoland to anyone! Thank You!"
